Bullying at work
Achieving an organizational culture in which the norm is dignity and fairness for all is not easy. Because an environment in which bullying behaviour is tolerated is not going to change spontaneously, action often needs to be initiated from the outside.
Dr Rennie-Peyton is a specialist consultant with the skills to help write and implement policies and to train workers to understand the nature and impact of bullying and create a safe and happy working environment for all.
